Your tour guide will pick you up at your hotel at 1:00 pm. Then, start exploring Cusco's Plaza de Armas, Cusco Cathedral, where you can discover the priceless paintings and colonial art that combines European paintings with Andean symbology of the Inca religion. Continue exploring the twelve-angled stone street, Calle Loreto, and continue walking to the Santo Domingo church; inside, we can find the magnificent Inca Temple of the Koricancha (The Temple of the Sun).

The second part of the tour begins with a short drive to the archaeological site of Sacsayhuaman (3574 m / 11725 ft), a vast complex located in the upper part of the city of Cusco, just a 20-minute drive away. Here you will explore the megalithic walls of embedded limestone, some of which weigh close to 300 tons. Next, visit the subterranean ceremonial passages of Qenqo, where the tour guide will explain the Inca rituals.

After Quenqo, drive to the Pucapucara Military Complex and for the last time visit Tambomachay, where the Incas used to worship water. Return to Cusco and end the tour at your hotel
